Diet Vegetable Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Egg whites 4
  • Spring onion 3
  • Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Green beans 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put egg whites, salt and black pepper in bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now put oil in preheated pan, put omelet mixture in it and make omelet.
  3. Then take out in one plate carefully and cut omelet into strips.
  4. Now add oil in pan, add green onion, garlic, capsicum and green beans and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Then add cooked rice and Chinese salt and mix all ingredients nicely.
  6. Now add soya sauce, sesame seed oil omelet strips and lemon juice, mix it nicely and serve hot.
