Ingredients:

For Samosa Patti:

  • All purpose flour 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Beef mince 300 gm
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For patti: Put flour in mixing bowl.
  2. Then add ghee, salt and water as required, knead flour for patti and leave it for a while.
  3. Then roll roti and make patti.
  4. For filling: Heat oil in pan, put mince and ginger garlic paste and fry it.
  5. Then add chopped onion.
  6. When onion is fried, add black pepper, red chili powder, all spice powder and salt and roast it nicely.
  7. Then take it out, put in mixing bowl and cool it.
  8. Now put filling in center of patti, spread egg on edges and close like chand (moon).
  9. Then heat 2-3 tbsp oil in pan and deep fry samosay.
  10. Serve with salad leaves and chutney.
