Hakka Noodles by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled noodles 1 packet
  • Beef Julian strips 300 gm
  • Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Kashmiri red chilies 2
  • Carrot slices 2
  • Cabbage sliced 1
  • Capsicum sliced 1
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato puree 4 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion 2-3 strands
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash red chilies and clean it.
  2. Now put 2-3 tbsp oil in pan, heat it, put red chilies, fry it lightly, take it out with oil and keep it aside.
  3. Now heat oil in this pan and fry garlic and beef.
  4. Now add carrot, capsicum and cabbage and fry it.
  5. Now add salt, tomato puree, brown sugar, black pepper and soya sauce and put chilies oil.
  6. Then mix it nicely and add boiled noodles.
  7. Then put green onion, mix it, dish out it and serve.
