Creamy Chicken by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 4 tbsp
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Dinner rolls to serve

Method:

  1. Boil chicken with 1 cup water and ginger garlic paste until it is ready.
  2. Heat oil in wok and put cumin seeds and 3 green chilies.
  3. Then add onion and fry until soft.
  4. Now put tomato puree, with 2 green chilies, red pepper, salt, chaat masala, black pepper, chicken and sweet corn and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Now stir it in cream and cream cheese and cook until chicken is ready.
  6. In end, garnish with coriander leave and serve hot with dinner rolls.
