Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Coconut Milk 1 cup
  3. Tomatoes Paste 2 Cup
  4. Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
  5. Dry Red Chilies (small) 6
  6. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  7. Ginger Garlic 2tsp
  8. Onions 2
  9. Cinnamon 1 piece
  10. Cloves 2
  11. Salt 1tsp
  12. Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
  13. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  14. Oil 1/2 cup
  15. Finely Chopped Ginger

Method

  • First make 1/2 hot oil and put Cinnamon 1 piece, Dry Red Chilies (small) 6, Cloves 2 and Mustard Seeds 1 tsp.
  • Fry Onions 2 and make them little red. Put Chicken 1 kg, Ginger Garlic 2 tsp.
  • Put Tomatoes Paste 2 Cups, Turmeric Powder 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Red Chili Powder 2 tsp and Coriander Powder 1 tsp.
  • As chicken get soft put coconut milk and Finely Chopped Ginger and cook for 5 minutes.
