Ingredients:

  • Spinach leaves 10-12
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Cumin ground 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soda bicarbonate 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Wash spinach and soak with turmeric.
  2. Then take it out and keep it whole.
  3. Now strain gram flour.
  4. Then mix yogurt, soda, chicken cube and egg.
  5. Then dissolve it with lukewarm nicely.
  6. Then add red chilies, cumin, green chilies and salt.
  7. Then dip 1 spinach leaves each in gram flour and deep fry it.
  8. When golden brown, take it out and serve with chili sauce.
