Ingredients:

  • White sesame 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Onion finely chopped 1
  • Garlic cloves unpeeled 6
  • Green chilies 8
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Roast sesame lightly on tawa.
  2. Now mix coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic cloves and salt and grind finely.
  3. Then grind roasted sesame finely.
  4. Then mix grinded chutney, grinded sesame and tamarind pulp.
  5. Then put onion on til ki chutney.
  6. Til ki chutney is ready.
