Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Keri 250 gm
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 12
  • Onions 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Finely masala powder 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mix yogurt, ginger garlic and salt in mince and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil and roast on high flame.
  3. Then crush cumin, whole coriander and green chilies and put it.
  4. Cut onion like omelet onion and add it.
  5. Also put masala powder, red chilies, black pepper, keri and coriander leaves, simmer it for 5 minutes and close stove.
  6. Now take out mince in dish, sprinkle ginger and serve it.
