Ingredients:

  • Keri 1 kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Button red chilies 10
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cloves 4
  • Melon seeds 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cut keri into pieces.
  2. Now cook in water.
  3. When keri tender, add sugar, food color, red chilies, salt, cloves and melon seeds.
  4. When sugar dissolves, close stove and put vinegar.
  5. Then cool it. and fill in jar.
  6. It is ready.
