Salt & Pepper Chicken by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Crushed Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil For fry
  • Spring Onion 3
  • Flour 2 tsp
  • Corn Flour 2 tsp
  • Beaten Egg 1
  • Soya Sauce 2 tsp
  • Chopped Spring Onion 2
  • Chopped Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Chicken Stock 1/2 cup
  • Spring Onion 2
  • Tomato 1

Method

  1. First in bowl, put flour, soya sauce, corn flour, salt, black pepper and egg and mix them.
  2. Then add chicken and mix it nicely.
  3. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
  4. Then put chicken and cook it.
  5. Then put remaining corn flour and chicken stock.
  6. Take out chicken from water and put in pan.
  7. Add salt and black pepper.
  8. Dissolve corn flour in water and mix it.
  9. Then put spring onion, mix it nicely and take out in plate.
  10.  Garnish with tomato and green onion and serve.
