Ingredients:

  • Leg of lamb 1
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Bay leaves 4-5
  • Rosemary 2-3
  • Water 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 140 degrees C.
  2. Now keep leg in oven tray.
  3. Put olive oil, lemon juice and masala in bowl and mix it.
  4. Then marinate leg it with.
  5. Then put bay leaves and rosemary and keep in oven for approx 40 minutes.
  6. Then change its side and cook more for 30 minutes.
  7. Then put water, cover roasting pan with aluminum foil and cook more for 40 minutes.
  8. When leg is cooked, keep it out for 5 minutes.
  9. Then remove foil and take out in dish.
  10. Then serve with Turkish style rice and tomato puree.
