Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Red chili 4
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Lemon 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put mince, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and salt in wok and dry water.
  2. Now put red chili, green chilies, black pepper and oil and roast it.
  3. Then put lemon juice and green coriander and serve hot with parathay.
