Mexican Shrimps Pasta Salad by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Boiled pasta 1 packet
  • Shrimps peeled 10-12
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber sliced 1/4 cup
  • Tomato chopped 1 cup
  • Green chilies chopped 2-3
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Water 4-5 cups

Method:

  1. Put 4-5 cups water in big saucepan, boil it, add shrimps and close it.
  2. When it cooks, take it out and strain it.
  3. Then cut shrimps, put in bowl, add boiled pasta, lemon juice, cucumber, onion, green chilies and tomato.
  4. Now add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, olive oil and salt in this mixture and stir it.
  5. Then cool it for 30 minutes.
  6. Then garnish with 1 tbsp coriander leaves and serve.
