Spicy Rice by Chef Irfan Wasti

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 kg
  • Chop green chilies 6-8
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum chop 1 large
  • Carrot finely chop 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Hot sauce 1/4 cup
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put oil and salt in rice and boil it.
  2. Now heat oil in wok and heat it.
  3. Then put garlic and roast it.
  4. Then add curry leaves.
  5. Now add green chili, capsicum, carrot, salt, red chili and hot sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. When masala roast, put rice and mix it nicely.
