Ingredients:

  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn starch 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1 tbsp
  • Tara garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper as required
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into small small pieces.
  2. Now mix chicken with salt, black pepper, garam masala, garlic and onion nicely in big bowl and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Then heat oil in pan, take one one scoop of mixture, put in oil, fry until golden brown and serve hot.
