Ingredients:

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper crushed 2 tbsp
  • Chicken breast boneless 2
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Spring onions chopped 2
  • Garlic finely chopped 4-5 cloves
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion 2 stalks
  • Capsicum strips 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Now put corn flour, flour, black pepper and egg and mix it.
  3. Now put chicken pieces and soya sauce and marinate for few minutes.
  4. Then heat 1 tsp oil in pan, put chopped spring onions and saute it for a while.
  5. Now add garlic and fry until golden.
  6. Then deep fry chicken in hot oil until chicken is ready and put in mixture.
  7. Also add salt and black pepper and mix it.
  8. Now put corn flour in chicken stock, dissolve it, put gradually gradually in chicken mixture and thick it.
  9. Then put capsicum strips and serve hot.
