Ingredients:

  • Yogurt whipped 2 cups
  • Spinach chopped 250 gm
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cumin roasted 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • All spice 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil spinach for 15 minutes, take out water and wring it.
  2. Now heat oil in frying pan, put mustard seeds, spinach, salt, cumin and red chili powder and stir it nicely.
  3. Then remove from stove and keep it aside for set so that it cools completely.
  4. Now mix yogurt and lemon juice nicely in bowl and mix in fried spinach with fork.
  5. Sprinkle all spice before serving.
