Ingredients:

  • Powder milk 2 cup
  • Semolina 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Water 1-1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put water and sugar in saucepan and cook on low flame.
  2. Put milk, semolina, baking powder and oil in bowl and mix it nicely.
  3. Then put eggs, make dough, make small small balls of dough and fry in wok.
  4. Now take out balls, put in syrup, take it out after few minutes and serve it.
