Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
  • Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix papaya paste, whole coriander, cumin seeds, red chilies, green chilies paste, salt, garam masala, cream and lemon juice with yogurt and marinate chicken with it for 1 hour.
  2. Then heat oil, put masala chicken and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
  3. Then roast chicken on high flame.
  4. When water dries, close stove, sprinkle coriander leaves and chaat masala and serve.
