Italian Mince Cutlets by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Coriander chopped as required
  • Green chilies as required
  • Eggs to coat
  • Bread crumbs to coal
  • Cheese grated to coat
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Oregano powder 1/4 tsp
  • Thyme powder 1/4 tsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Mix salt, black pepper, onion, coriander leaves, onion, ketchup, oregano powder, thyme powder, flour and egg in mince, mix it nicely and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now make cutlets.
  3. Then dip in eggs.
  4. Then roll in bread crumbs and cheese, shallow fry it and serve.

Italian Mince Cutlets is an Italian Cuisine, prepared with Mince & Vegetables, coated with Cheese and can be served with Ketchup, Sauce, French Fries, Lettuce Leaves or Bread.
