Ingredients:

  • Prawns (cleaned) 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp heaped
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Red pepper (crushed) 1/2 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 4 tsp
  • Pepper sauce 4 tbsp

For Garlic Rice:

  • Boiled rice 2-3 cups
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate prawns with salt, black pepper, garlic paste, lemon juice and oil for 30 minutes.
  2. For sauce: Heat oil and saute garlic.
  3. Now add black pepper, red pepper, oyster sauce and pepper sauce, toast it, put marinated prawns and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Then take it out, keep in center of platter with garlic rice and serve.
  5. Put black pepper prawns on 4 sides.
  6. For rice: Heat oil and fry garlic until golden.
  7. Then add rice with soya sauce and chicken powder, toast it nicely and serve it.

Black Pepper Prawns is Desi Seafood Dish, prepared with Prawns, marinated with Black Pepper and served with Sauce and Garlic Rice.
