Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1-1/2 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup

Method:

  1. Marinated mince with red pepper, all spice, salt, ketchup, ginger garlic, cumin, coriander, coconut, sesame seeds and yogurt for 2 hours.
  2. Now heat oil and put mince.
  3. Then cover it and cook until it is ready and oil comes up.
  4. Now stir it and cook it nicely.
  5. Then serve it.

Chilli Milli Mince is a Spicy Dish, prepared with Mince, marinated with Yogurt & Coconut, garnished with Coriander Leaves and served with Raita, Salad, Naan or Parathay.
