Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken thigh 500 gm

Marinate Ingredients:

  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Cloves 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1 pinch
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mix all marinate ingredients except oil, blend for 1 minute and cut chicken into cubes.
  2. Then marinate chicken in bowl, sprinkle olive oil, cover it and keep in fridge.
  3. Now keep chicken on grill, cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes and serve hot with garlic sauce.

Turkish Kebab is Delicious Turkish Dish. It is prepared with Chicken and served with Ketchup or Sauce.
