Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 10
- Mint 15 leaves
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put mince, mint leaves, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, cream, red chili, all spice and ginger garlic paste in food processor and grind it nicely.
- Now skew mixture on seekh and grill it or bake it.
- Then give smoke of coal.
- Serve with onion and tomato rings.
Malai Seekh Kabab is BBQ Dish. It is also very Popular & Common Dish in Pakistan. It is usually prepared in Eid-ul-Adha. It is Delicious Dish, served with Raita, Paratha or Naan.
