Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Gram lentil 1/2 cup
  • Water 2 cup
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Egg 1

For Stuffing:

  • Onion chopped 1
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2

For Masala:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cups
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Brown onion grinded 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. For stuffing: Mix all ingredients nicely.
  2. For kabab: Boil mince with gram lentil, whole red chilies, white cumin, onion, ginger garlic and all spice.
  3. Then add water, cook until water dries, take it out and cool it.
  4. Now grind in chopper, mix eggs and make small balls.
  5. Then keep stuffing in center of balls and fry it.
  6. For gravy: Heat oil, put whole mixed spices, 1/2 cup water, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice, brown onion, salt and yogurt and cook until gravy is thick.
  7. Now take out in serving bowl, keep kabab, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
