Ingredients:

  • Cabbage 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Carrots 2
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds roasted 1/2 tsp
  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut cabbage, cucumber, tomato, carrots and mint leaves.
  2. Now put oil, mustard, cumin, black pepper, black salt and lemon juice and mix it.
  3. Then put in salad and mix more.

Band Gobi Or Gajar Ka Salad is Healthy Salad. It can be served with Meal or served as Light Meal.
