Chinioti Kunna by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton (8 pieces) 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic 8 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Ghee 3/4 cup
  • Red chili powder 3 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Big onion slice 1
  • Black cumin 3/4 tsp
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic in matka (earthen pot).
  2. Now add water, ghee, mutton, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric and onion and cook for 15 minutes till water dries.
  3. Then fry it nicely for tender meat.
  4. When meat tender, add wheat flour paste.
  5. Stir it all time.
  6. Now put black cumin, cook for 10 minutes and take it out.

Chinioti Kunna is also Pakistani Cuisine. It is Famous Dish of Chiniot. Shireen Anwer has made this dish with Her Own Recipe.
