Ingredients:

  • Undercut 8 oz
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Dry flour to coat
  • Bread crumbs as required

Method:

  1. Flat undercut with hammer and marinate with salt, white pepper, mustard and worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. Then coat with flour on both sides, dip in egg, fold with bread crumbs, deep fry it and serve with french fries.
