Ingredients:

  • Moong daal 1/2 cup
  • Whole masoor daal 1/2 cup
  • Green onions 250 gm
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Whole red chilies 6

Method:

  1. Wash both daal, put salt, turmeric, red chilies and tomatoes and cook on low flame.
  2. When it tender, mash it.
  3. Then put green chilies and green onions.
  4. Heat oil, fry garlic and red chilies and give tarka to daal.
