Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Green onion 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Green chilies paste 2 tsp
  • Chopped carrot 2
  • Sausages 4
  • Boiled noodles 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put ginger garlic paste.
  2. When aroma comes, add finely chopped sausages.
  3. Now put mushrooms, cabbage, capsicum, green chilies paste, carrot, black pepper and salt, mix it and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add rice, noodles, soya sauce and green onion, mix it and close stove.

Chinese Fried Rice is easy & simple dish. It has combination flavors of sausages & vegetables. It can be served with raita, sauce or gravy.
