Ingredients:

  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Desi ghee 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 2
  • Red chili 2 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Mango pickle paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 4
  • Spring onion 2
  • Tomatoes 5
  • Chicken mince 500 gm
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Saute ginger and garlic on tawa with desi ghee, add all spices with chopped tomatoes, onions and pickle paste and cook well.
  2. Then add mince and cook for at least 10 minutes, then put coriander leaves and serve.
