Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 kg
  • Green chilies 10
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger 1
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 2
  • Water 3 glass
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Small cardamom 4

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put ginger, garlic, green chilies, turmeric, salt, cumin and black pepper and roast it nicely.
  3. Then add 2 cup water.
  4. When 1-2 boils come, put soaked rice and cook it.
  5. Water dries, simmer it and close stove after 10 minutes.
  6. Garam masala pulao is ready.

Garam Masala Pulao is spicy rice dish. It is other variety of pulao. The flavor of spices is amazing.
