Fish With Coconut Curry

Ingredients:

  • Rohu or Surmai fish 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 bowl
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut water 1 bowl
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds few
  • Cloves 4
  • Curry leaves few
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Lemon 2
  • Tomato (4 pieces) 2
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put 2 tbsp vinegar on fish, keep for 10 minutes and wash it.
  2. Then put lemon juice.
  3. Heat oil in pot.
  4. Then put fenugreek seeds and cloves.
  5. When aroma comes, put yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and cloves, roast it slightly and close stove.
  6. Now fry fish slightly in separate pan and put in masalay.
  7. Also put salt, tomato, green chilies and curry leaves, roast it again slightly and put coconut water and lemon juice.
  8. Simmer it for 5 minutes.
  9. Then put coriander leaves and serve hot with plain rice.

Fish With Coconut Curry is amazing dish. Its flavors are delicious. Coconut water is used in this dish.
