Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Green onion 1 cup
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 50 gm

Method:

  1. Heat butter in pan, put peas, green onion, green chilies, black pepper and salt and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Now put boiled rice, yellow color and coriander leaves and simmer it for 5 minutes.

Makhani Chawal is delicious dish. It is little bit different recipe. Ingredients are cooked n butter instead of oil. Try this recipe.
