Crispy Chicken In Sriracha Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet 250 gm
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Oil for deep fry

For Sauce:

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup
  • Sriracha sauce 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate fish with salt and black pepper.
  2. Now mix flour, corn flour, egg white and water and make smooth batter.
  3. Then coat fish with batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  4. For sauce: Heat oil and fry ginger and garlic for 2 minutes.
  5. Now put remaining ingredients, mix it, put sauce on fish and serve.
