Chipotle Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot; Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Celery; Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 2 Chipotle Chiles;
  • 2 Bacon; Slices, Cut
  • 1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped, 1 small
  • 3 Cup Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Pepper

Method:

  1. Cover chilies with warm water.
  2. Let stand until softened, about 1 hour.
  3. Drain and finely chop. Cook and stir bacon and onion in a pan until bacon is crisp; stir in chilies and remaining ingredients.
