- 250ml low fat natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp chopped capers
- 1 dill cucumber, chopped
- 3 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp finely chopped mixed fresh herbs - use a mixture of 3 of the following: basil, chervil, rosemary, chives, fennel, thyme, tarragon
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
