Fried Chicken Saute Sticks

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 1/2 kg
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
  • Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • BBQ sticks as required
  • Lettuce leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into stripes.
  2. Add garlic paste, soya sauce, lemon juice, green chilies paste, peanuts, red chilies, black pepper, cumin seeds, brown sugar and salt in mixing bowl and make batter.
  3. Then add corn flour and mix it.
  4. Now marinate chicken stripes with this batter.
  5. Then skew chicken on BBQ sticks.
  6. Then heat oil in pan on low flame and fry sticks on both sides.
  7. Then take out in dish, keep tomatoes and lettuce leaves and serve.

Fried Chicken Saute Sticks is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with green chilies batter & fried. It is served with sauce or dip.
