Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bones 700 gm
  • Tomatoes 4-5
  • Small green chilies 5-6
  • Big green chilies 5-6
  • Chopped garlic 4-5
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok and roast chicken.
  2. Then put tomatoes, small green chilies and garlic, mix it nicely and tender it.
  3. Then leave little oil and take out remaining oil.
  4. Now put whole green chilies, black pepper, cumin seeds and salt, mix it nicely and roast it.
  5. Take out chicken karahi in serving dish.
  6. Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.

Chicken Karahi is tasty & spicy dish. It is easy & simple recipe to make. It is usually served in parties in Pakistan. It is served with salad, raita & naan.
