Kashmiri Pink Tea

Ingredients:

  • Water 6 cups
  • Kashmiri tea leaf 3 tsp
  • Soda bi carb 1/4 tsp
  • Green cardamom 4-5
  • Milk as required
  • Sugar or Salt as required
  • Almonds 2 tbsp
  • Pistachios 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil water for 5 minutes.
  2. Then put tea leaf and soda and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. When water is half, remove from stove and add more water.
  4. Now transfer from one pan to other pan nicely and mix until it becomes pink color.
  5. Cook tea more, put milk and cardamom and bring to boil.
  6. When serve, add sugar or salt with almonds and pistachios.

Kashmiri Pink Tea is wonderful tea. It is prepared with Kashmiri tea leaf. Almonds and pistachios is added before serving. It is served in parties in winter in Pakistan.
