Fried Choux Rings

Ingredients:

For Choux Paste:

  • Water 1 cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Maida 6 oz
  • Eggs 4
  • Oil for deep fry

For Topping:

  • Water 1-2 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 1 cup

Method:

  1. Mix water, butter and salt in saucepan.
  2. Boil mixture on low flame.
  3. Put maid and remove from stove.
  4. Stir dough with wooden spoon until smooth.
  5. Keep dough on stove again for 1 minute.
  6. Stir it continuously and remove from stove.
  7. Then add beaten eggs one by one in dough.
  8. Heat oil in frying pan.
  9. Fill mixture in piping bag and make rings on greased batter paper.
  10. Put rings with paper in oil.
  11. When paper separates from rings, take it out from oil.
  12. Fry rings until golden brown.
  13. When it is fried, take put from oil and put on tissue paper.
  14. Mix icing sugar with water and ice choux rings.

Fried Choux Rings is amazing dish. Paste is prepared with maida, butter, eggs and water. Fried and topped with icing sugar.
