Mushroom Masala Keema Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms 1 can
  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Crushed garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black cardamoms 3-4
  • Cinnamon sticks 2-3
  • Cloves 4-5
  • Bay leaf 2-3
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger sliced 1 inch
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add masala and crackle it.
  2. Then add onion and garlic and fry it.
  3. When onion is brown, add mince and roast it.
  4. Then add red pepper and mushroom, mix it nicely and roast it.
  5. When mince tender, add coriander leaves and green chilies and simmer it.
  6. Then remove from strove, take out in dish and serve.
