Pea paratha

Ingredient:

  • Green peas – ½ kg (mashed)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Red chilies – ½ tbsp
  • Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
  • Coriander – 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 1 kg
  • Oil – for frying
  • Green chilies – 4 ( chopped)

Method:

  1. Take a wok and fry onions with oil until golden.
  2. Add salt, peas, red chilies, green chilies, coriander and soya sauce in the wok and stir well.
  3. Cover the wok and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Take flour and add a pinch of salt along with oil so that soft dough is obtained.
  5. Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes before dividing in to small portions.
  6. Now stuff 1 table spoon of peas in each portion.
  7. Roll out each portion to form a chapatti.
  8. Fry it on a pan until golden.
  9. Serve with curd.
