Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 4
  • Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – 1 tbsp
  • Paprika – ¼ tbsp

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut them in cubes.
  2. Brush with melted butter.
  3. Bake at 425° until tender and golden brown on both sides.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika; serve immediately.
