Spicy Lady Fingers

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bhindi (ladies' fingers),
  • 2 tbsp Bengal gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili Powder
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt - to taste
  • oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Heat the oil in a pot & deep fry the bhindi till crisp.
  4. Serve hot.
