Anday Ka Halwa Recipes

Anday ka halwa is made using eggs. Eggs, as is known, are one of the healthiest foods in the world. Egg has many advantages, one of it being the highest source of protein. They are the best form of protein nature can provide.

Best Anday ka Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 8.
  • Silver paper as required.
  • Unsalted khoya 1/2 kg.
  • Boiled & peeled almonds 15.
  • Small cardamom 8.
  • Boiled & peeled pistachios 15.
  • Sugar 2 cups.
  • Ghee 2 cups.
  • Saffron or Yellow color 1 pinch.

Method:

  1. In a grinder add cardamom and 1 table spoon sugar and grind them together.
  2. Now in a blender add eggs, khoya, sugar, yellow color and cardamom and blend them well together.
  3. Now take a pan and put this mixture into it.
  4. Add ghee in this mixture and cook all of them together
  5. Stir it constantly.
  6. When eggs begin to separate roast them while stirring.
  7. Keep roasting slowly until the ghee is separate.
  8. When ghee separates that means halwa is ready.
  9. Take a dish and grease it with oil.
  10. Spread the halwa and press firmly on the dish.
  11. Garnish with chopped almonds, chopped pistachios and silver paper.
  12. Serve the delicious anday ka halwa.

Anday ka halwa is usually made in winters like all the other halwas egg ajar ka halwa, akhrot ka halwa etc. But anday ka halwa is easy to make and hardly takes 20 minutes. The ingredients are also very simple and can easily be found in any kitchen. Anday ka halwa is perfect for breakfast, parties or when someone is sick because all the ingredients are healthy and provide instant energy.
