• Tried the cottage cheese and peas paratha and quetta warqi parathas yesterday and they turned out quite yummy.the quetta parathas were crunchy even after refrigeration.i did add the 2tbsp semolina/sooji that shireen auntie mentions into the dough.a pleasant change frm the usual parathas we usually make at home..since ramazan is round the corner i would recommend everyone to try these two out!
