• thank you seemva, you too have a safe and happy ramazan.i havent been cooking alot recently but will surely keep in mind ur recommendations. i am tempted to try shireen anwer's laal aloos as ive read lots of praises for it.i am a karahi fan and always on a search for the most authentic taste so will definitely give rida's peshawar karahi a try, however the best karahi recipe that ive come across so far was surprisingly farah jehanzebs chicken karahi(http://www.zaiqa.com/recipe/4481/chicken-karahi-and-sheer-khurma-by-farah-jehenzeb-khan)it is absolutely finger lickin and i mostly end up making that recipe.the secret ofcourse is to follow each step carefully however alongwith the tomatoes i do add 2 to 3 tbsp of tomato puree for a rich tasting masala.

• amnah thanx.happy ramzan to u. Did u try any new dishes. Which one turned out best. I mostly like to try new chicken recipes. I tried zubeda tariqs chicken in tamarind sauce, rida aftabs peshawary karahi. Both were great.
