• Hello Seemi, i had noted the recipe down but never got down to making it, my mom did though, in one of those adventurous impulses of hers as shes not too fond of cooking otherwise :D but it didnt come out that well..but since now that u recommend ill try it out again myself.and yes ive noticed too that lemon slices tend to turn bitter as they soften. as for the veggies, well personally i can live on them so since learning pakistani cooking, i now experiment alot wth 'tarkaris'..sumtimes i just pick a meat recipe and substitute it wth mixed vegetables and turns out fantastic every time..i wish there was a way where we all could exchange recipes other than those here in the videos..that would be alot of fun. Zaiqa team if ur listening please try coming up with a separate forum on the website only where the users can share recipes and post photographs of their dishes.that would be fun..what say seemi? :)

• amnah i think u r fond of karahi recipes. did u try rida aftab dhabay ki chicken karahi, feb 2010 show. I tried it and it was good.only i thing i will not do again. I added lemon slices during dam and they turn bitter. try it and let me know ur feedback. Are u learning vegetarian dishes also?
