• "PRECISION OF INGREDIENTS" I totally agree with you these days i am taking Baking Classes & THE EXPERT TEACHER TOLD US TO RIGHT DOWN THESE TWO WORDS which you mention DESI CHEF........are you a baking expert too???? & TAKING RISK IN BAKING IS EQUAL TO A DISASTE......

• I dont do grams I'm comfortable with cups, open up your mind dont limit yourself with one type of measuring, i would suggest buy a set of measuring cups and spoons, never be affraid of taking risk in the kitchen you might come up with a better dish.
